A strategic decision. A measurable return.
Artificial intelligence only creates value when it is aligned with your business objectives.
The COLAB™ Method was designed to identify, prioritize, and quantify the initiatives that generate the greatest gains in productivity, profitability, and growth. Each mandate aims for a simple objective: to build a clear and documented roadmap based on measurable business results.
Our ambition is to help you identify opportunities whose value creation potential far exceeds your investment.

An investment tailored to your business
Every organization is different.
The scope of a mandate depends in particular on:
the size of the company;
the complexity of the operations;
the number of processes to be analyzed;
technological systems in place;
strategic objectives pursued.
That's why each proposal is based on a fixed price, tailored to your organization's specific needs. You know your investment from the outset, with no overruns or surprises.

Why invest now?
Artificial intelligence is already transforming the manufacturing, industrial, distribution and service sectors.
Organizations that take the time to plan their transformation today will be the ones that benefit from the productivity gains, cost savings, and new competitive advantages of tomorrow.
The goal is not to adopt AI faster than others.
The goal is to adopt it in the right places, with the right projects, and in the right order.
Let's start with an exploratory meeting
Each mandate begins with a confidential discussion of approximately 30 minutes.
This meeting allows us to:
understand your business context;
to answer your questions;
evaluate the most promising opportunities;
validate your eligibility for grant programs;
determine the level of support best suited to your business.
Following this meeting, you will receive a personalized, fixed-price proposal tailored to your specific situation.
