AI Lab: Here are the tools behind my company of AI agents.
WELCOME TO MY LAB ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE.
I'm building a company where I'm the only human and every employee is an AI agent.

THE LAB · EXPERIMENT 06
Here are the tools behind my company of AI agents.
This time, I'm opening the hood.
My environment runs on several tools, each with its own role.
I use Base44 to build my applications: Kate, the management hub of Paquin & Co., and COLAB, which supports my clients' transformation projects.
Claude and ChatGPT/Codex help me think, write, develop and put my agents to work. Inside my applications, I also use Claude and Gemini for some AI functions.
Apollo finds and enriches prospects, runs sequences and picks up signals.
Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive connect emails, meetings and documents to my daily work.
QuickBooks is connected to Kate for the accounting.
ElevenLabs gives the agents a voice and also transcribes conversations.
Wix, LinkedIn and Substack are my main publishing channels. And this month I added Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and X.
But how does it all hold together?
Kate brings together contacts, companies, opportunities, tasks and approvals. COLAB structures the work with clients.
And behind it all, I use Neo4j, a graph database.
The name sounds technical. The idea is simple: keep the links between pieces of information.
A company is linked to its contacts. A contact to conversations. An opportunity to a proposal. A client to their COLAB file.
The graph lets the agents follow that path and better understand the context of a request.
Base44 holds the reference records. The graph receives a structured representation of the useful data, updated periodically.
Not every connection has the same level of automation: some go straight through APIs, others through connectors or the browser. I keep improving them.
What is this experiment teaching me?
Value gets built when information flows between the tools, when the agents understand their responsibilities, and when I can keep my hand on the decisions.
That's where I spend a lot of my time: organizing the links, the context and the working rules.
And you, which tool would you most like to connect to the rest of your business?
